Really happy with the pragmatic advice that Rob from Responsive Roofing gave me when I asked him to inspect an old pitched roof with concrete tiles whose bitumen sheet barrier was totally deteriorated.
Although it was short notice and he was quite busy, he visited the property and took a look at the roof. Since I was tight on budget, his advice was to do nothing now, wait and watch for any leaks and then make the decision.

Rob of Responsive Roofing has carried out remedial work on the roof at my previous house in Purley and has recently carried out extensive repairs on my house in Cranleigh. Over these two jobs he renewed a flat roof over the garage, repaired the main roof with new ridge tiles and hanging tiles, re-pointed the chimney, and applied new new flashing. He also replaced guttering where necessary. He was reliable, honest and professional throughout and I would not hesitate to recommend him.
Rob was punctual & hard working. We needed our Chimney repairing & he did a fantastic job, staying late to finish & clearing all the debris from the roof before finishing. Would recommend Rob to anyone. Good value also.
